Our Fire Bowls are individually handmade and proudly manufactured in the U.S.A. The fire pits we manufacture are durable and long-lasting in a variety of environments. Because of its handmade nature slight variations in color and texture may occur.

Cancellations & Refunds: At Direct Home Connection, We take great satisfaction in having the best return policy in the industry.

When will i know my order has been shipped ?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. However, if your item(s) are available for immediate shipment(within 5-6 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting payment.

When will my order be shipped out ?

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your payment method, it will be shipped within 2-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you the tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@directhomeconnection.com.

 

Cancellations & Refunds: We take great satisfaction in having the best returns policies in the business at Direct Home Connection. Order cancellation is free up until the point of shipment.

Cancellation(Before order ships)

Cancellation of Custom Orders

Products that are manufactured expressly for your order—those that are custom or built to order—cannot be canceled or refunded.Custom order brands include such as ie.The Outdoor Plus).

These units are custom made to your specification or created once you place an order. They begin building your unit as soon as you place your order. Your warranty will ensure that the product is operational and completely functional. Please mail us or give us a call if it is unclear whether your order is custom or built to order.

All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.

 

Returns & Refunds

You can exchange your products if you need to. Throughout the return and exchange process, you, the customer, are liable for any shipping fees.

Once an order has shipped, not all of the products can be returned. We purchase our goods straight from the supplier. Therefore, we are unable to offer you a return if the manufacturer would not allow it. This usually varies case-by-case; if you'd want detailed information about your brand and/or products, get in touch with us.

Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs.If you are replacing the product with something else, We may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.  

 

Shipping Times

We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.We estimate shipping times for each product on the basis of information from our suppliers and freight companies, and these estimates are subject to change or variation without prior notice due to supply chain issues, manufacturer delays caused by mills, an excessive amount of demand for shipping, factory/warehouse/dock workers, etc).

Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Direct Home Connection’s control. Although this may be frustrating, we kindly ask for your understanding and patience as we work through these challenging circumstances.We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

 

Warranty

Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer- see individual product pages for details.Damages covered by the warranty accumulate with use. A warranty claim cannot be made if the item's damage was not notified within 30 days of delivery.
